She has spent over two years as line manager, where she leads a team of medical writers while also remaining actively involved in high‑stakes regulatory writing projects. Her current role requires balancing people management, mentoring, and strategic decision‑making with hands‑on writing contribution. She has recent, firsthand experience navigating peer‑to‑manager dynamics, managing competing priorities, and aligning team development with organizational goals that she wishes to share. Drawing on this experience, she will share practical, real‑world insights to help others explore whether management is the right path for them and, if so, how to approach the transition with clarity, confidence, and balance. In the past, she has presented educational talks and a webinar at AMWA and a workshop on consistency in writing dossiers for EMWA.
